Compatible Products
Remanufactured Ink Cartridges & Toners, Compatible Ink Cartridges & Toners and Refill Kits
All of our compatible products are backed by a 1 year guarantee. Any remanufactured or compatible product purchased from our website is covered from the date of purchase for 1 year. Simply contact one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will make it right. Product concerns must be dealt with within one year from the date of purchase. All orders placed with store credit must be placed with a representative over the phone. Shipping costs for refunded items are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a packing error.
Name Brand Cartridges (OEM)
Original Manufacturer Brand Ink Cartridges, Toners and Office Supplies
If ordered incorrectly, we do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges. Please check your item against printer model number for accuracy before opening. Unopened, defective or damaged products can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued for concerns dealt with 16-30 days after the date of purchase. All orders placed with store credit must be placed with a representative over the phone.
Incorrectly Ordered Products
Any and all items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening. Any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement
Exchanges
Unopened items in sellable condition may be exchanged or refunded.
Lost Packages
Any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to customer service within 30 days of the purchase date.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of a packing error.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-15 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Return Label
If our returns department needs an item back for any reason other than a refund, a prepaid return label may be provided. Customers requesting a refund are responsible for any return shipping costs. Contact our customer service department for more information.
What is an SRO?
An SRO (Sales Return Order) is a return authorization number assigned when a customer service agent sets up your return. This number (e.g., SRO-12345678) must be included with your return package for proper processing.
