Self-adhesive, color-coded end tape labels designed for medical and insurance files. These labels are ideal for indicating primary filing numerals in both straight numeric and terminal digit end tab systems. Each roll contains 250 labels that follow industry standards with 10 colors to code numerals 0-9. The labels are protected by a clear laminate and are scored to provide a wraparound color bar. Each label measures 1-1/2" wide x 1-1/2" high before folding and can be easily dispensed from the included box.
