This is an original OEM Smead Numeric Number 4 color-coded label roll, featuring self-adhesive labels with a wraparound solid color bar and colored character printed on a white background. Designed to be compatible with end tab systems using the bar-style format, these labels are scored for easy wrapping. Each roll contains 500 labels and is packaged in a convenient dispensing box. The labels measure 1-1/4" wide by 1" high before folding.
